Oh hello Friday! I missed you..
This week was the start of the orientations for Spring 2018. Unfortunately, it was my last orientation as a student orientation leader because I am having surgery in December. Anyways, I had a great time with the orientation by leading tours and sharing my experiences with the students. Also, I worked at the Go for the Gold week event. This event was put together by one my event manager peer. He did such a great job planning for it. We had so much fun by dancing, playing games, and eating cheese coney. It was a success, and by working at the event made be relaxed by participating in all of the activities.
Coursework

In most of my classes, we are just finishing up the syllabus as finals are almost here. In my Business communication class, we are working on a project besides our finals. We have a project we are working on called formal report. We did research on the Amazon's turn over rate because it is very high. Therefore, we are going to offer to present the solutions to lower the turn over rate. In the end, we are offering them to implement team-building excercises which will help them to lower their turn over rate.
