I can't believe that we are in the last week of February. This month just flew by on me. This week I had another successful Dean Search Committee meeting. We discussed the ways to promote the job application and much more. I also gave a prospective tour which was really nice as everyone was very engaging and was asking great questions about college life. I had a pleasure to share my experince of college life with them, so they had the relif that they are not the only one who are anxious.
