In this week, I had a pleasure to attend my first meeting of Dean Search Committee where I am representing the student body of UC Blue Ash. It was basically my first big girl meeting where the hour and a half was so intense. I met with my peer committee members, director of equal right opportunity member, and the chair of the committee through the webcam. They all were super nice and were explaining me the process too. We covered the basic logistics of the committee including the introduction, timeline, scheduling etc. I learned so much during that time and can't wait to gain more knowledge in our future meetings.
